Ann Atherton brings over 20 years of real estate experience serving home buyers and sellers throughout Somerset, Warren, Morris, and Hunterdon counties. After successfully managing the Coldwell Banker Warren office as Branch Vice President, Ann now leads the Coldwell Banker Clinton office, where she continues to champion agent success and client service excellence.
A graduate of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, Ann began her career in the insurance and reinsurance industry, working in Boston, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey before transitioning into real estate. Her diverse professional background gives her a broad perspective and a strong foundation in negotiation, client advocacy, and strategic business development.
Ann is a dedicated mentor and a passionate supporter of her agents, helping them thrive in their business and deliver exceptional service to their clients. She also brings valuable management experience in relocation and the luxury market—specialties that are highly sought after in the New Jersey marketplace.
